Two drivers including Fish and Game Officer involves in head-on crash

Near Mountain Home, Idaho (CBS2) - Idaho State Police is investigating a head-on crash.

It happened Saturday night around 6:30 PM on I-84 west of Mountain Home.

Police say a 19-year-old man driving a 2007 Saturn Aura eastbound on I-84 crossed the median hitting a 57-year-old Fish and Game Conservation Officer who was driving westbound on I-84 in a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and towing a boat.

An ambulance took the driver of the Saturn to a hospital. The Fish and Game Officer in the Chevrolet was not taken to a hospital.

Both drivers were wearing seat-belts.

Lanes of traffic were blocked for just over four hours.
