Drew McIntyre shared the key to being injury-free

In a recent interview with Men’s Health, McIntyre recalled his time of recovery and how he trains himself to be fit. “Whether you’re a larger or smaller Superstar, the thing we all have in common is we want to be explosive. It’s a highly athletic contest and you want to avoid injury. You’ve got to keep up, so you have to keep your body in shape. My workouts are designed for strength and explosiveness, along with a lot of stretching. Stretching is a big part of keeping in shape for me.” said Drew.

In addition, the Scottish Psychopath recommended five workouts for developing and maintaining a strong athletic body. Barbell deadlifts, shoulder presses, barbell bench presses, bicep curls, and belt squats were among the exercises he listed. These are his preferred exercises for keeping his body in shape.

Drew has no storyline heading into Wrestlemania Backlash and it looks like he might now just have one. Apart from Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey and the Usos vs RKBro, Roman Reigns is scheduled to defend his titles against the Scotting Warrior Drew McIntyre.
